FutureShock wrestling offers training Manchester gym under the guidance of former FWA CHAMPION Alex Shane and his hand picked assistant trainers. FSW also offers a wide range of regular "guest seminars" which have already included Doug Williams, AJ Styles, Low Ki, former WWE Intercontinental Champion D'lo Brown and current WWE Star Paul Birchill.

Training Times are:

Saturdays & Sundays 11.30pm until 3pm

Cost range from £10 per session, to £17 for both weekend days.

The ring is available for use in the week, but bookings must be agreed upon at the previosu weekends session, at the latest.
