Training FAQ’s

What do I wear?

Shorts/Leggings, t-shirt and some indoor footwear is all that’s required when starting.

Wrestling amateur boots and Knee-Pads are a must have once you are training regularly, but aren’t essential initially.

What about my fitness levels?

Any levels of fitness are welcome, we work on physical fitness as well as cardio training and getting in ring shape.

A current lack of fitness should not put you off, we all start somewhere and wrestling is a great way to improve your fitness while having fun.

What sessions should I come to?

If you are a complete beginner, we will do induction days every 2 months. Which will run for 4 weeks and will give you the basic skills needed. Contact us for more information.

Intermediate & advanced students are welcome to any session with the main classes running the rest of the week.

What should I bring?

Water, a towel, deodorant & change of clothes. It will get sweaty.

What age can I start training?

Anyone over the age of 16 can train with us (under 18’s require Parental Consent).

Do You Accept Cash Payments?

Cash payments can be made on site for single sessions and monthly plans, weekly plans are exclusive to Direct Debit.

We also accept card/contactless payments on site.

You can also sign up to Direct Debit at the school before and after classes.
